What’s excuse?

THE EDITOR: You know what I can’t understand? Teachers in private schools are getting their stipends but we nursing students at the University of the Southern Caribbean can’t even get a stipend.

They said we are a private school and therefore did not qualify for stipends. What’s the Prime Minister’s and the Minister of Education’s excuse now.
