Power Boat regatta postponed following new health measures

THE TT Power Boat Association (TTPBA) has postponed its third regatta for the season, which was scheduled for Sunday.

TTPBA secretary Richard Ramdwar the recent introduction of stricter health regulations, owing to a spike in covid19 cases in the country, led to the postponement. He said a new date will be announced "within the next few days."

The previous two regattas took place in January and February.

The fourth regatta of the six-part series is carded for May 23, followed by the fifth on June 13, and the sixth on July 4. The calendar is scheduled to close with the TTPBA's Great Race on August 21.
