Suggest alternative Mr Cadiz

THE EDITOR: Is the former member of Parliament Stephen Cadiz operating by vaps? Or is it that his thought process is on the decline?

I write this referencing his recent letter titled No Pres Please. He wants no President, the Constitution torn up, and pomp and ceremony thrown out the window. But what is he suggesting, or in favour of? Pray Tell? Who will be the custodian of the Constitution which guarantees the citizens’ rights and freedoms?
