The Tobago Heritage Festival has been rescheduled and will begin on July 4.

On July 1, the Tobago Festivals Commission Ltd (TFCL) said in a press release that the thanksgiving service originally carded for July 1 at the Scarborough RC Church had been postponed owing to the threat to Tobago of Hurricane Beryl.

In a further press release on July 2, the TFCL announced the new date, saying the thanksgiving will now take place at the same venue on July 4.

Newsday tried several times to contact the TFCL for information on the other events, but all calls went unanswered.
