Hema Ganess points at her family homes surrounded by flood waters which was several feet higher at the peak of the heavy downpour. She like other Arouca residents and businesses , said this is the third time since Sunday they had to clean up after flash flooding. The heavy downpour at midday (today, Thursday) had them wondering how much more they could put up with. They blamed development in the area with no drainage plans. -Photo by Sureash Cholai
