Are those speed cameras working?

THE EDITOR: Are the speed cameras in operation and have violators been “snapped” and charged? Providing they can be traced?

One particular area that is seemingly easy to catch offenders is around the QP Savannah. While looking for an open gas station last Sunday afternoon heading around the Savannah, at least four delinquent drivers easily travelling in excess of 65 MPH sped past me like Indianapolis 500 drivers.

I’m just wondering if the system is operational and if the said individuals will be served accordingly. After all, why was good money spent if not to implement the law? In Europe and other First World countries it works just fine. Why not here? Just wondering.
