15 'good news' stories made us smile in 2018

It seems as though every day we are bombarded with overwhelmingly negative news. It seems as though all we see is death, crime or corruption.
That's not quite true. From the response of the nation during the flooding in October to Olatunji Yearwood promoting TT culture to international audiences, this year had lots to smile about.
In case you missed it, we've compiled a list of fifteen good news stories from the past 12 months.
