Ralph, 65, is stickfighting champ

Age is just a number, and this was brutally demonstrated when 65-year old Moses Ralph struck down rival boismen to claim the National Carnival Commission’s (NCC) King of the Rock stick-fighting title at the Clifton Hill beach resort car park, Point Fortin on Thursday morning.

The champion gayelle was won by the Princes Town gayelle, though not without controversy after the title was initially awarded to the St Mary’s B gayelle.
