Trini can be major bunkering hub

THE EDITOR: National Petroleum (NP) needs to upgrade their bunker barges to cash in on the bunkering trade that is at our doorstep to becoming the bunkering hub of the Americas for ships using the Panama Canal once NP offers attractive pricing for taking on bunker fuel in TT.
