THE EDITOR: This letter is to thank TSTT for installing my bundled phone and internet service. After many months of waiting for connection my complaint was published in the Newsday on October 8.

A technician came on October 10 and solved the problem in a short space of time in an efficient manner. He was very knowledgeable and had a charming personality. Now I am a happy man again. Thank you.
