Manning weds Shelly Dass

Brian Manning, San Fernando East MP and Minister in the Ministry of Finance, and Shelly Dass, a former media executive, share their first moments as husband and wife after their wedding at Stollmeyer's Castle, Port of Spain on Saturday. This is the first marriage for Manning, son of former prime minister, the late Patrick Manning, and former education minister Hazel Manning. It's the second marriage for Dass, who is divorced from former producer Robert Clarke. They had one child together.
