Engineers from the Ministry of Works and Transport inspect the roadway cavity formed by the erosion event from last Tuesday. The Ministry of Works and Transport with assistance from the Tunapuna Regional Corporation and the Arima Borough Corporation, have been mobilized to construct a Bailey Bridge over the damaged section of the carriage way, to restore traffic to the area. At this time the Golden Grove Road remains closed to vehicular traffic, motorists are asked by ministry officials to seek alternative routes and avoid the area. - ROGER JACOB
