Sprangalang is not dead

Rumours circulating on social media claiming comedian Dennis “Sprangalang” Hall had died are not true.

A close relative confirmed to Newsday on Monday night that he is still alive.

Hall was admitted to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, Mt Hope hospital last Friday.

On Sunday, his wife Natasha Nurse called on the public to lift him up in prayer.

He was expected to undergo a brain scan and other tests on Monday.

In 2019, Hall, 70, was admitted to Mt Hope for multiple ailments including seizures and a mild stroke.
