[UPDATED] 'Eggman' gunned down in Diego Martin

Hansley "Eggman" Gomez was gunned down in the Upper La Puerta Avenue area early on June 7.

Police said around 2.10am, gunshots were heard in the area and Western Division CID and Task Force responded.

They found the 31-year-old Gomez of Cavi Crescent, Petit Valley, in a white Toyota Aqua.

Police said the car was idling and they saw multiple bullet holes in the windshield and left side of the car. Gomez was lying across the front seats.

Investigations are ongoing.

Newsday tried to contact Snr Suptof the Western Division Garvin Henry via WhatsApp about the increasing crime in the division, but up to publication time he had not responded.
