Great doctors at south hospital

THE EDITOR: After having chest pains I visited the Casualty Department at the San Fernando General Hospital on May 23.

In all my life I have never seen so many sick people seeking medical attention. Patients were all over the place packed like sardines in a tin can. Yet the admitting doctors were able to divert and control every situation to bring about healing and relief to every patient.

After spending 30 hours in casuality I was admitted to the Teaching Hospital where I received great medical attention from the cardiac doctors.

They are wonderfully qualified doctors but don’t have the facilities to perform an angiogram for heart patients. Should we not spend money on updating every aspect of healthcare so that we can say we have the best healthcare in the world
