Guard charged

THE security guard who fatally stabbed a man outside the Independence Square, Port of Spain, branch of KFC, is expected to appear in court today with manslaughter. The security guard, from Duncan Street, was charged yesterday by PC Garcia of the Homicide Bureau, after receiving instructions from the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Around 10 am on Sunday, 33-year-old Kareem Douglas of Charford Court, Charlotte Street, Port of Spain, went to the restaurant with a camera and began taking photos.
