Lower entrance fee at zoo on weekdays

Come 2018, all visitors to the Emperor Valley Zoo can look forward to a decrease in their entrance fee during the week.

President of the Zoological Society Gupte Lutchmedial said yesterday owing to the downturn in the economy and several requests from schools, the zoo had decided to lower the cost.

“Adults will pay $20 and children will pay $10. However, on public holidays and weekends the regular price will remain the same: $30 for adults and $15 for children.”
