Fay Ann unveils her Fantasy Carnival section

Soca songstress Fay Ann Lyons-Alvarez launched her section in Fantasy Carnival mas band in fine style on Tuesday night, showing off many of the costumes in her ‘Atlanta’ portrayal.

The section is part of Fantasy’s 2018 presentation Isle of Olympia and showcases a frontline, backline, male and Monday wear costumes.

The men among the specially invited guest were particularly excited by what they saw, judging by their reactions to the costumes which were unveiled.

The event was held at the Moka, Maraval, mansion of designer Fay Ann and her husband Ian ‘Bungi Garlin’ Alvarez, around the poolside.

Among the guests were TT famed cricketer Dwayne Bravo, chutney and soca artiste Ravi B and Fantasy head Benny Hatem.

After the presentation guests were treated to finger licking morsels prepared by Fay Ann herself and family, after which the party continued well into the night.
