Tobago man killed near Scarborough

TOBAGO's murder toll has climbed to 20 after gunmen sprayed bullets on a group of men on Friendsfield Road on the night of August 21.

Police said Kurlon Thomas, of Friendsfield, died on the spot, while the others were seriously injured and taken to the Scarborough General Hospital.

Nicholas Bovell, brother of murdered Trinidad dancehall artiste N’Kosi Bovell, was among the injured.

N’Kosi, aka Fari Dan, was shot multiple times while liming at Dutch Fort Restaurant and Bar in Scarborough, on May 15, 2022.
