15 minutes to renew driver's licence in Caroni

THE EDITOR: Appointments have done wonders at the Licensing Office in Caroni. I was able to renew my driver’s permit in a record 15 minutes, and the facility was very busy for a Friday.

Given the horror stories about the operations at the Licensing Office, I put aside an entire day’s work just to brace myself, but wow, how wrong was I. The implementation of smart check-in kiosks is a superb addition. Fantastic customer service from all employees and a very smooth process all around. The new driver’s licence design is very cool too.

Thank you and well done to the staff at Caroni. Works and Transport Minister Sinanan, you’re coming along nicely.
