FLOW participated in a range of initiatives to mark International Women’s Day, honouring the achievements of women and advocating for gender equality both in the workplace and beyond.

This year’s theme, Accelerate Action, aligns with Flow’s ongoing commitment to fostering greater inclusion, empowerment, and support for women and girls within the company and in the communities it serves, said a media release.

Flow’s involvement included attending, hosting, and sponsoring key events, as well as participating in panel discussions aimed at empowering women, promoting diversity, and driving leadership development.

To celebrate the women within its workforce, Flow engaged over 200 employees in an empowering and motivational session on March 13, the release said.

This event brought together an inspiring mix of seasoned and emerging female leaders from across Trinidad and Tobago. The panellists discussed the crucial intersection of women’s leadership and sustainability, the release said.
