SCOTIABANK, in partnership with Sure Foundation, led a seedling distribution drive at the Brian Lara Promenade, Port of Spain, in commemoration of Earth Day 2024.

In a release, Scotiabank said through this effort over 20,000 seedlings and 150 fruit trees were distributed.

Since 2021, Scotiabank’s collaboration with the Sure Foundation has provided close to one million seedlings via various community interventions and to households, children’s homes and youth groups, to encourage a familiarity with the earth and planting what you eat.
