EHL earns over $68m for first quarter ending in April

An unmodified audit by independent auditors of Endeavour Holdings Ltd (EHL) showed it earned $68,938,567, for the first quarter ending on April 30, as compared to $43,115,815 for the same period last year.

The report was dated June 28.

It also showed the company earned $70,579,590 in profit before tax compared to its earnings of $45,158,536 for the same period last year.

The auditors said in the report that the audited consolidated financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries are consistent in all material respects.

This report included the communication of key audit matters – matters that were considered of most significance to the independent auditors from the audited consolidated financial statements of the current period.

It added that the summary consolidated financial statements do not contain all the disclosures required by International Financial Reporting Standards and are not a substitute for reading the audited consolidated financial statements and the auditor’s report on them.

EHL has over 80 clients, including fast-food franchises such as Subway, KFC and Pizza Hut and other businesses such as Scotiabank and Superpharm.
