Police officer's wife dies in early morning Princes Town fire

Anita Ramdath, the wife of police officer Shane Ramdath, died in a fire which destroyed the family's home at Princes around 12.15 am.

Reports said the fire partially gutted the family's home, which is located at Immortel Street, Glenroy Housing Development, Princes Town.

Southern Division Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fire.
