Coconut vendor murdered

A Penal man was shot dead in Picton Settlement, Debe on Wednesday night.

According to initial reports, the victim is Narendra Singh of Syne Village, Penal.

Residents of Picton reported hearing a gunshot around 7pm on Wednesday and later found Singh slumped in the driver's seat of his vehicle.
