Refreshing NIB visit

THE EDITOR: I recently visited the NIB offices in Woodbrook and was greeted pleasantly by the guard. I took my number and waited for the five people ahead of me to be served.

When it was my turn, the young woman at the counter greeted me with, “Good morning, how may I assist you?” That in itself was so refreshing since, unfortunately, not all customer service providers embrace their duties with such enthusiasm. She perused my documents, asked pertinent questions, all the while with a smile, and advised me on the course of action I needed to take for my application to be completed.

She further provided a synopsis of the process once the application was submitted and ended our interaction with a wish that I enjoy the rest of my day.

I truly must commend Ms Gosine for her exemplary customer service skills and salute the NIB for having such a gem to interact with the public.
