Royal treatment— if I ran things
THE EDITOR: If I ran things I would have a specific bank teller dedicated to facilitating the needs of senior citizens every day of the week and not just on the days when they are there to collect their pension.
Senior citizens require banking services throughout the month, so why are they made to suffer, standing in a line with other younger, able-bodied customers for hours?
The teller can service the needs of all customers but scan the line for any seniors and pull each one out for priority treatment in the order in which they have arrived for the service.
That would be royal treatment.
