Improve the ferry service

THE EDITOR: The relevant authority has to do better than what it is doing, or not doing, with regard to using the ferry service to Tobago. I’m not referring to presently with the Tobago carnival, that will always create confusion, but generally.

The situation needs to be looked at and improved. I’m not like the average Trini who “like it so.”
