CARIBBEAN Airlines (CAL) hosted a culinary extravaganza, Flavour and Flora at the Hilton Trinidad poolside, St Ann's, where it celebrated Caribbean cuisine from 6 pm until midnight.

The event on July 13 offered gourmet meals inspired by flavours of the region and prepared by "renowned" chefs – they included chef Dustin Dalgetty of Guyana, chef Marvin Applewhaite of Barbados, Belinda Bishop of Grenada, executive chef Volae Williams of Jamaica, as well as chefs from TT.

Patrons had the opportunity to indulge in an array of dishes, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and rum cocktails before being treated to an unplugged performance by soca star Machel Montano, songbird LeAndra and other entertainers.
