Man dead, couple injured in Malick shooting

A couple was injured and a man dead after gunmen shot at them in Malick, Barataria, on Thursday night.

A report said around 8 pm Dinelle Ali and her common-law husband Sherwin Findley were with their friend Vishan Rambeir at a house at 8th Street, Upper 6th Avenue, Malick, when a group of men ran into the house armed with guns and shot at them multiple times.

Rambeir, of 7th Avenue, was declared dead on arrival at the Port of Spain General Hospital .

Investigations are ongoing.
