Nine more recovered covid19 patients discharged

Nine more recovered covid19 patients have been discharged from the State's care. A total of 68 patients have been discharged to date.

The Ministry of Health's 10 am update on Wednesday said the number of confirmed cases remains at 116 with eight deaths.

At total of 1,642 samples have been submitted to the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) for testing. Of those, the 1,335 unique patient tests were done and 307 were repeated.

There are nine patients at the Couva Hospital and Multi-training facility, eight at the Brooklyn step-down facility in Sangre Grande and 23 people at the Home of Football in Couva.
