WITH four weeks till Carnival, many are hitting the gyms and jumping on crash diets to lose weight.

Need to know where to sweat? Here are a list of Carnival burns happening this season:
Bush Mountain is a health and wellness facility at the Cascadia Hotel in St Ann's. There is an open floor indoor gym for zumba, kick boxing, circuit, flexibility and strength training, a pool, outdoor gym with tractor and car tyres, battle ropes monkey bars, pull up stations, boot camp and a 3km mountain trail.
Bush Mountain has 30 Carnival burns for the season. The last is on February 27.
Zumba with Nadia has Carnival burn workouts in Arima, Valpark and Macoya. She also has a healthy eating challenge via a closed Facebook group.
Rodney's Revolution/ CrossFit 12-12-12
CrossFit 12-12-12 has a Carnival Prep Boot Camp every Monday and Wednesday.

Slim Down 360 is a weight loss programme which delivers food to clients. It also makes sweet potato and cassava pasta.
The Sweet Beet is a juicing company that provides smoothies, raw juices and acai bowls. It also offers vegan foods including grab-and-go salads, black bean brownies and various nut butters.
The Youthful Vegan is a vegan catering service with items such as pesto pizzas, quiche, polenta pies, tofu burger wraps, carrot cakes and cheesecake, among other things.

Imran Razac is a fitness specialist with 86,600 followers on Instagram. He not only posts his own fitness videos, but before-and-after videos of his client's transformations, showing anyone can lose weight if they work hard enough.
Chetwayo La Borde is an aqua fitness trainer and personal coach at Chetwayo's Fitness Enterprise. He incorporates high intensity interval training (HITT) in his aqua aerobics ("aquahitt") classes.
