Two-way traffic

THE EDITOR: Every year Children’s Carnival presents traffic chaos. We love this event but the residents of St Ann’s and Cascade are subjected to being diverted all through Port of Spain, taking hours to get where they are going.

Perhaps the Savannah could become two-way from Carnival Friday night to Sunday night. Please, we’re begging at this stage.
