Bottled hope

THE EDITOR: I hope this letter will give some hope to a Boissiere, Maraval, resident with respect to his complaint in the Newsday about not being supplied with water for the last seven months but still receiving a water bill from WASA.

Well apparently, hope is around the corner as some bright spark at WASA has hit on the idea of supplying bottled water for all (at a price of course) all around the year and the resident will need bottles of it every day. It would also, of course, cut down on pipework repairs thus saving WASA a lot of money but making others within the company overnight millionaires.
