Heatwave dominates in Powerboat contest

HEATWAVE dominated the E Class, in the second event of the 2021 TT Powerboat Association National Championship Series, off the coast of Carenage, on Sunday.
Heatwave amassed a score of 690 points, with Blue Ice and Hammer Time each tallying 280.
Mr Solo, the 2020 Great Race champ, was the lone entrant in the A Class and posted 620 points, the same score of Iron Man, the single boat in the B Class.
There was one competitor in the D Class – Global Warmer, who returned a score of 215 points.
Extreme Measures and Speed Up featured in the F Class, with Extreme Measures gaining 635 points and Speed Up 535.
Timeless was in good form in the G Class, posting a tally of 680 points, followed by Matrix 535, Hero IV-Infusion 390 and Knot In Slow Motion 45.
