Amazing help at Licensing

THE EDITOR: It's not every day that you experience personal, kind, and hospitable attention at government offices in TT, which I recently received at the Licensing Office on Wrightson Road, Port of Spain, when I went to transfer a vehicle.

There were some discrepancies in the forms that I submitted, and the two women who helped us were nothing short of amazing as they helped me in no small way in completing the process.

All is not lost and I commend the licensing authorities and those two women for the manner in which they assisted.
