Penal security guard charged with having child porn

A 35-year-old TT Electricity Commission (T&TEC) security guard has been charged with possession of child pornography.

Police said the man, who lives in Penal, will appear before a Chaguanas magistrate on Wednesday.

On Monday, Cpl Baboolal of the Freeport CID visited the man's home with a search warrant and "seized a large quantity of child pornographic pictures and videos, including those of several juveniles."

The man was arrested immediately.
