Corpus Christi usually signals the start of planting season for many people. For 89-year-old Rohanie Nandlal, this year was no different. Armed with her corn and pigeon peas seeds, she went out into her garden at Warren Munroe Road, Bejucal and put in some hard work. Newsday's Darren Bahaw saw Nandlal and decided to take these photos.
