Attorney’s office broken into

The Port of Spain office of attorney Keith Scotland has been broken into, although it is not certain when or if anything was taken.

Scotland confirmed that a staff member at his firm on St Vincent Street found the front windows broken at about 6 am yesterday. There were broken glass and stones inside.

The police were called.

Scotland was reluctant to say more on the break-in, saying he preferred to wait until the police had done their investgations.

He also did not want to say whether anything had been stolen.

He said the incident could have taken place on Sunday night or early yesterday.
