Red Cross Carnival, mas with a purpose

Children get the most out of Carnival as bands participate in several competitions before the adult bands on Monday and Tuesday. The Red Cross Carnival is a major event in the children's mas calendar, which is also for a good cause, to raise funds for its charities.
