Moonilal, which constitution?

THE EDITOR: In light of Dr Roodal Moonilal’s explanation that his action was predicated on the notions that the sale of fuel to Aruba was unconstitutional and in violation of international law, could he indicate the specific constitution that has been violated.

It would also be helpful if he indicates the specific international law that has been breached under the circumstances as outlined.
