Multiple offender shot dead in Arima

Police are investigating the murder of a 43-year-old Arima man after he was gunned down on Thursday night.

Police said Julien Christopher Caleb was shot and killed at the corner of Kingdom Avenue and the Eastern Main Road, Maturita, Arima, at around 8.10 pm.

Police said Caleb was known to police in the area as a known offender for gun, drug, robbery and sexual assault offences. He was charged 44 times over the years.
