Where did water go?

THE EDITOR: There is an outcry everywhere for water.

WASA reveals that the water shortage is due to low water levels in our dams.

In October last year, 80 per cent of our country was traumatised by massive flooding as has never been experienced in our history. Three months later our dams are at low levels. If our dams did not benefit from this unexpected windfall of rain, where did the water go?
