Rain problem in the making

THE EDITOR: There is a building being renovated on Bamboo Drive in Champs Fleurs. They have replaced the chain fence in the front with a solid concrete and bricks fence but haven’t put a rubble drain on the side of the property to handle the run-off of rain water during the rainy season.

The chain fence allowed for rain water to pass through but with this concrete wall it would be a different situation. This will cause problems for other residents with the run-off on the side.

Could the San Juan/Laventille Regional Corporation send someone to see what is taking place and ensure everything is done correctly? Please, I would be most grateful.
