Spend better in ‘hard times’

THE EDITOR: Imagine in these “hard times” where according to the Opposition, there are so many people suffering because of the “loss” of their food cards. Where even in Dr Moonilal’s Oropouche East constituency, people are crying out for assistance.

Where the “poor” Petrotrin workers would have been happy to have a fund in their name, Dr Moonilal could find nothing better to do with money raised in his constituency than to set up a fund to defend his tongue.

It is written, ‘Frowardness is in his heart, he deviseth mischief continually; he soweth discord. But no human being can tame the tongue.

It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.” I wait to see the value people place on their “hard earned” cash.
