Brothers,Santo Domingo man slapped with 16 charges

Two Morne Diablo brothers and a third man from Santo Domingo were charged yesterday with 16 counts of rape, kidnapping, grievous sexual assault and indecent assault arising out of the kidnapping of a 23-year-old Venezuelan woman.

The victim was rescued by a joint team of Anti-kidnapping Unit officers and the South Western Division last week Wednesday.
