PEP launches jobs initiative

Political party the Progressive Empowerment Party (PEP) has launched a PEP Jobs initiative to assist the unemployed find an ideal working environment to improve their quality of life.

The initiative, according to a release from the party, is a free service to help pair job seekers and employers find the right fit to meet existing employment needs.

In light of the growing calls for assistance in gaining meaningful employment and optimising productivity in the workplace, PEP JOBS was created to provide a beneficial, free civil service to citizens.

Job seekers and employers are asked to fill out a basic form for the PEP JOBS database which provides them with a unique, confidential Identification Number.

Job seekers are asked to submit an updated resume, with copies of their relevant certificates of qualification. Other supporting documents such as letters of recommendation, affidavit, Police Certificate of Character are also recommended as it quickens the application and review process for employers.

Job seekers will also be required to go through a simple screening process with PEP JOBS before your application is approved for distribution to employers.

Employers are invited to forward their current or future vacancies to PEP JOBS where a team member will work with your establishment to find a suitable employee.

The PEP JOBS initiative, the party pointed out, is not involved in the decision-making to hire employees.

It is a free, convenient and efficient means for Job Seekers and Employers to meet their employment needs with minimal effort, frustration and loss of productivity on both parties.
