Husayn Al-Fayed was one of five men arrested and charged with the possession of marijuana in a boat off the coast of Tobago earlier this week.
Al-Fayed was granted bail in the sum of $500,000 when he appeared before a Scarborough magistrate to face the charges on Tuesday.
