Ashley Couch Conversations is back

The award-winning series, Ashley Couch Conversations, which features powerful women and their inspiring stories, has launched its third season. The talk-show style web series is currently airing on the Ashley Furniture HomeStore Trinidad Facebook and IGTV platforms.

Developed by Unicomer Caribbean, the programme is the only one of its kind among the Ashley Furniture HomeStore licensees across the world. Couch Conversations helped Unicomer win the prestigious Ashley International Chairman’s Award from among fifty-eight countries at the Licensee Awards in Las Vegas earlier this year.

Season three features Maxine Attong, author, executive coach and leadership consultant; Maria Daniel, partner at EY Ltd; Karina Jardine-Scott, interior designer and founder and chairman of Kids in Need of Direction (KIND); Kiran Maharaj, managing director of Caribbean Lifestyle Communication Media Network and Caribbean Lifestyle Productions; Elizabeth Montano, director of Xtatik Ltd and Montano's Chocolate Co Ltd; and Lara Quentrall-Thomas, founder and chairman of Regency Recruitment and Resources. Teri-Leigh Bovell returns as the programme’s host. The women share their views on life, family and the challenges they face during the coronavirus pandemic, as well as words of advice and their methods of coping in this extraordinary time.

All the participants also actively support various charities. Ashley Furniture HomeStore will donate on behalf of each of the women to the charity of their choice. The selected charities are: Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago; Wishing for Wings; KIND; Swaha Vishok Bhavan Children’s Home; Machel Montano Foundation for Greatness (MMFG); and the Animal Welfare Network. Ashley will also run its Hi5 for Charity programme during October. Five per cent of the month’s sales will also go to each of the aforementioned charities.
