Vibes With Voicey – Cheers To 10 on February 12

After a decade of shaping his signature sound and unmistakable presence within Trinidad and Tobago’s soca landscape, Aaron "Voice" St Louis, is set to mark a major personal milestone with Vibes With Voicey X – Cheers To 10, a landmark concert on February 12, Carnival Thursday, at the Queen’s Park Savannah from 9 pm.

A media release said, the event celebrates ten years since Voice’s breakout moment during the 2016 Carnival with his International Soca Monarch-winning Cheers to Life, marking a decade of growth, performance and consistency. He would go on to secure three consecutive ISM titles with Far From Finished in 2017 and Year of Love in 2018, firmly establishing his place in the genre.

Over time, Voice has evolved not only as an artiste, but as a curator of live music experiences, most notably through the Vibes With Voicey platform, which emerged during the the covid19 lockdown period.

What began as an online live performance series has since grown into a respected music space, championing lyrical craft, live instrumentation and meaningful connection between artistes and audiences. Cheers To 10 brings those elements together, positioning the concert as a defining moment on the Carnival calendar, the release said.

For Voice, the anniversary is less about spectacle and more about reflection.

“Ten years ago, I was just trying to find my footing and say something honest through music,” said Voice. “It was never about trends. It was about growth, performance, and building something real. To reach this point and celebrate it on Carnival Thursday at the Savannah means everything.”
